Description
Marijus Aleksa, Paulius Kilbauskas - Music for Non Existent Movie
Although Marijus Aleksa and Paulius Kilbauskas have been working together for more than 10 years they finally launched their first album as a duo - a long and carefully matured musical experiment - "Music For Non Existent Movie".
Marijus and Paulius are united by the constant search for new ways to play and create music with instruments. Their activities are diverse: they lead jazz projects, compose music for films, produce and otherwise explore the world of sounds. The need and idea for the production of the record was born after the 2019 experimental film festival "Compressed Time", during which the relationship between music and cinema have been examined.
"Music For Non Existent Movie" is adapted for subtle enjoyment without external interference and noise. It can be a significant step forward for any listener who wants to get rid of musical clichés and discover music full of subtle shifts that allow its composers to reveal themselves equally. Will You have the courage to step into this kind of music laboratory?
The album is available in a limited run of 12'' heavyweight black vinyl.
